Finding affordable housing in the U.S. is becoming harder and harder and Huntington Beach California has had enough! With the rising home prices some families are being forced out of there cities. California is the first U.S. state that has been sued by one of their own cities.

Home Values are Increasing
CoreLogic HPI is predicting home prices will increase by 4.8% overall from November 2018 – November 2019. If home sellers lower their asking prices then this will slow the growth of CoreLogic’s prediction index.
