- Sixth we will review and complete all the necessary paperwork like pre-approval letter, inspections, preliminary title report, all addendums, disclosures, appraisal, and the earnest money or purchase and sale agreement.
- Seventh we go to closing with you.
- Eighth we prepare a buyer’s notebook outlining all the pertinent information regarding the purchase for your records.
When we represent you as a seller these are the necessary steps:
- First you would contact us.
- Second we would set up a preliminary meeting to look at your home and go over what matters the most to you in a listing agent.
- Third we would do a competitive market analysis and settle on a listing price the seller services menu.
- Fourth we would take all the pictures, get all the listing information and start marketing your home.
- Fifth we provide you with weekly updates as to the activity on your home and your direct activity and competition around your home.
- Sixth we negotiate the sale of your home and complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
- Seventh we review all necessary time lines for the purchase and when they pass like pre-approval dates, title report dates, disclosure dates, inspection periods and any other contingency periods.
